Fixed Mindset
What is a fixed mindset?
A fixed mindset is a belief that your traits are set in stone, and that you can’t change the way you think, learn, and grow. Research has found that people with a fixed mindset often produce less effort than people with a growth mindset. People with a fixed mindset will only use other people’s success as evidence for their own limitations.
